Monday-Thursday (Friday is a make-up day if needed)
Scheduled between 8am-12pm
Occupational Therapy Evaluation, completed within the last year or less needed (Please contact us to schedule an OT Evaluation if needed)
Online Platform for communication, water safety information and resources
30-minute Parent Consultation (in person, via live virtual, or by phone)
Fee: $1000
